Q: When is the best time to take LimuZ6?


A: The best time to drink LimuZ6 is on an empty stomach with 2-4 oz. of water
at least 20 minutes before a meal; as it was designed to be fully absorbable by the
body, and any other foods or beverages may reduce bioavailability. Time of day
is dependent upon your personal tastes.


A personal note:
Dr. Kleinsmith told me the less water (about 2oz.) the better, drink it then add a little more water to get
anything left behind. I take mine about 30 minutes to an hour before I eat. If you want to feel it more
I would take 1 a day for a few days to see how it reacts then I would take 2 a day for a while!
Another thing because I do things in extreme I try not to drink anything 20 minutes before and
20 minutes after.....people don't have to it's just me..lol!
